This goes with it and you might like it too
With Malve Curvy you have an incredibly versatile tunic cut whose lines are wonderfully suitable for colour blocking, but also great for setting the scene with panels.
The main feature is the asymmetry at the collar, the original separates and the slanted hemline.
All this looks complicated, but can be done by experienced seamstresses if you follow the instructions step by step, including the video, and pay attention to the numbering of the parts.
There are three sleeve lengths in the pattern, the sleeveless version looks particularly summery because of the overlapping arm.
The loose shape skilfully hugs the figure, is wonderfully airy and therefore just right for the summer.
If you prefer something a little more figure-hugging, I recommend my cut for the “mallow waisted”!
Suitable materials are:
Jersey in particular, but also light summer fabrics such as muslin, voile, etc. have also proven to be very suitable.
What else is needed:
- Interfacing for the slips
The pattern is selectable through the layers in individual sizes with on/off blendable seam allowances as PDF file for immediate download
