Right of Withdrawal of Consumers
Below you will find instructions on the requirements and consequences of the statutory right of withdrawal for mail-orders. A contractual granting of rights that goes beyond the law is not associated with this. In particular, commercial resellers are not entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Instruction on Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Design Anita Lüchtefeld, Sauerlandstr. 14, 59581 Warstein, Germany; Tel: +49-173-7249969; E-Mail: service@anita-luechtefeld.de) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post , fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal - Please note:
The right of cancellation expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier if we have started to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may start to perform the contract before the cancellation period has expired and you have confirmed that they are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent at the beginning of the execution of the contract. We start the execution of the contract by starting to deliver the digital content to the address you have provided.
The – if desired – consent to the waiver of the right of withdrawal, which must be clicked before sending the order, reads:
Consent to the waiver of the right of withdrawal: I expressly agree that VAB may start delivering the ordered digital content that is not on a physical data carrier to the address I have given before the end of the withdrawal period and confirm my knowledge that I am using this consent with regard to this digital content lose my right of withdrawal.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We bear the costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The "sample withdrawal form" mentioned in the cancellation instructions above can be found below. You don't necessarily have to use it. You can also use our returns form for consignments of goods, which we enclose with every consignment of goods or formulate your cancellation yourself in any case.
