Where can I find my download?
You can find your eBook download under the link in your customer account.
Why is my eBook not yet available for download?
You will usually receive a purchase confirmation within a few minutes. Sometimes it can take a little longer due to high server load. Also check your SPAM folder, as emails occasionally end up there.
If no orders are visible in your customer account after one hour, please contact us at service@anita-luechtefeld.de .
I can't find my downloads anymore?
It may be that the downloads are now on a new server after the shop move and that is why you can no longer find the file. Please send me an email so that I can help you: service@anita-luechtefeld.de .
❓ The QR code doesn’t work
For some older paper patterns, the QR code may lead to a “Whoops, something went wrong” page.
This happens because the shop was moved to a new system in 2024, and the old QR codes couldn’t be transferred.
No worries: Under the product description, you’ll find a section called “A Look into the Instructions” for each pattern — that’s where all the guides are now available.

How can I print in layers?
The included layer printing file is labeled "Important" and should definitely be read. The file also contains a link to a video tutorial.
