Description
My basic idea was to offer a comfortable culotte cut for the summer. In the course of the test sewing, a whole variety of variations emerged from practice, which again allow me to offer a cut with the added value that I am used to.
This ranges from high paperbag trousers to normal pull-on trousers. Pants that suit every individual taste and that you can wear on many different occasions! The trousers can be made from jersey, viscose or a non-stretchy fabric such as linen, denim etc. Remember, the fabric determines the properties of the trousers, whether they hang loosely or have a firm hold like jeans. It is possible to sew the trousers with a high-cut, original paperbag waistband, but also like normal-cut trousers, but with a paperback-look waistband. An additional line has been added to the pattern for this second variant. But you can also use a wide or narrow cuff here, as with normal trousers. Wide knitted cuffs are also possible as a special finish.
The cut variations of these basic trousers range from shorts, Bermuda shorts, culottes to long trousers.
The trousers have side pockets at the front and patch pockets with and without pocket flaps can be sewn on the back. There is a dividing seam at the side, which can be accentuated with different fabrics or decorative stitches.
To really show off the high cuffs, additional belt loops and a tie can be sewn on.
