Are you unable to log in to your customer account?
If you are unable to log in to your customer account, you can reset your password using the "Forgot password" function. Simply follow the instructions on the website to receive an email with a password reset link. This will allow you to quickly regain access to your account.
If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder or try a different email address.
My payment was cancelled. What can I do now?
- Make sure the payment method is entered correctly.
- Check whether your credit card or bank account has sufficient funds.
- Make sure your card has not expired or been blocked.
- If possible, try using an alternative payment method (e.g. another credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
Didn't receive a confirmation link for your newsletter subscription?
If you have signed up for our newsletter and have not received a confirmation link, there are a few things you can check:
- Spam folder: Please check your spam or junk folder, as our email may have ended up there.
- Email address: Please make sure you have entered the correct email address. Typos can sometimes occur.
- Waiting time: Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the confirmation email to arrive. Please wait a little while and then check again.
If you still cannot find a confirmation link after following these steps, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you further.
My order hasn't arrived?
Please wait another 3-4 days as there may be delays in delivery by the service provider. If the delivery has not arrived after a week, please contact me.
Where can I find the download?
You will receive a separate email with a download link. You can use this link up to 3 times . Therefore, it's best to save your eBook directly to your computer so you can access it at any time.

Why is my eBook not yet available for download?
You'll usually receive a purchase confirmation within a few minutes. Sometimes it may take a little longer due to high server load. Please also check your spam folder, as emails occasionally end up there.
If no orders are visible in your customer account after one hour, please contact us at info@anita-luechtefeld.de .

❓The QR code is not working!
Some older paper sewing patterns may have a QR code that leads to an "Oops, something went wrong" page.
This is due to the shop relocation in 2024 , during which the old QR codes could not be transferred.
Don't worry: In the new shop you will find all instructions under the category "Look inside the instructions" .
