Basic Dress Shirt Pattern Lily

This is a basic sewing pattern with bust darts for a dress, tunic, shirt and top with four arm lengths or even without sleeves, which is suitable for every season.

The special appeal of this simple but chic cut as a tunic or dress is that the pocket is particularly well-shown on woven fabrics such as linen or jeans, etc. If you don't like patch pockets but still don't want to do without a pocket, you can use the seam pocket variant.

In jersey, this basic piece looks rather simple and plain. The cut can be jazzed up by sewing the neckline edging in a contrasting color.
